Six Palm Studio is a flexible, 2,600 square foot, free-standing warehouse space in Van Nuys.

With white walls and polished concrete floors the studio is ideal for PHOTOGRAPHY and FILM PROJECTS that do not require a sound stage.

Six Palm Studio comes equipped with a full kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, a lounge and a production office.

The studio interior is easily accessed through either of 2 ROLL-UP DOORS that connect to the 2,500 square foot exterior GARDEN & TERRACE - which can also be utilized as a daylight studio.
